DAY 5

 DAY 5:

Thank God it is Friday (T.G.I.F) because it is the last lesson of this week and I can't wait for tomorrow as we are going to The Panda Research Centre, a temple, a famous poet house replica and a city to shop. Today, nothing much really happen. As per usual, there is morning class. After that, we went down to the basketball court to play a few games.

And I also went cycling with a few of our people namely Jun Bin, Jasper, Chester and a lot more including our partners. I rent a double seater bike and ride together with my partner as my partner sat on the backseat of the bike.

My partner then ask me if I wanted to go out with her alone. So we went to the milk tea shop to have some drinks as she was thirsty. There was two other friends of her's in the shop so they join us for a short while to have a chitchat and played some games. When her friends eventually leave we went out for a long walk in school and we get to know about ourselves. It was getting late so we decided to head back to our dorms.

DAY 3 & 4

DAY 4:

Went for lesson in the morning as per usual. On the break I met my two buddies as they went to my room to look for me. They bring us to a lot of places that we have not been to. They are friendly people and I feel so lucky that they were choosen to be my buddies.

This are a few of the beautiful sceneries they bring me to. But Singapore dont poccess anymore rivers or a large area of beautiful flowers. This is one of the differences that Singapore and China have.

DAY 3:

It is the second Strength of Material (SOM) lesson and I had a hard time trying to wake up early in the morning in this cool weather. After lesson we went to meet a lot of the students here as there was a welcoming ceremony and I made a lot of friends there.

We lit a lattern with full of wishes written on it. But I found out that there is a law in China where you cant let the lattern flew off. Thus, they just burn the lattern rather than letting it go. After that, it seems that everyone is really exhausted. So we went off to bed.

DAY 1 & 2

DAY 2:

9 a.m. my alarm clock rang on me and I have to get ready for breakfast because breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Mrs. Lim, a lecturer there, showed us where the meeting and classes will take place. After that, me and my friends had the chance to go exploring around the campus and discover a lot beautiful places in the campus. And we tried to Interact with the students there. I really had a hard time trying to communicate with them but it was fun trying to speak in Mandarin even though I sound silly. But this way I can slowly learn how to speak in mandarin. Everyone was feeling hungry and so we went to dinner. There was a lot of China food cuisines. Especially the turtle and pigeon soup. It was my first time tasting it. It was delicious but at the same time there was this some weird taste that I can't get rid off my tounge. I guese, from today's adventure, I found out that students in China, they are much friendlier and open than the one's in Singapore.

DAY 1:
A total of four and a half hours journey flight and finally reach Sichuan Airport. From Sichuan Airport it takes another 1 and a half hour bus ride to Chengdu. It was 1:30 a.m. and we made it to Sichuan Aerospace Polytechnic safely. During the bus ride, I found out that we are the ones who should give ways to vehicles because vehicles there won't wait patiently for pedestrians to cross zebra crossing. Thus we should look out for incoming vehicles. I can say that when it comes to the road system, Singapore roads are much more systematic.
